This vacation home was a research in the way to produce a building of each a robust architectural character and economy. It’s designed by Parsonson Architects and located on Pekapeka Beach, New Zealand. The building could be a modular rectangle construction with a awfully straightforward type. The set up could be a rectangle and is split into three elements, the solid bedroom forms at every finish support a floating roof over the living house in between. This layout permits the lounge to face each east to hills and west to the ocean.
