SheOak House, designed by Base design, is found in Kingscliff, New South Wales, Australia. The black box on a beach-front ton is meant in informal, casual, comfy and welcoming vogue. The 350 sq. meter home is drained mixture of steel, timber and concrete. It’s proof against such weather as wind, salt and sun. The double height entry with grass underfoot and natural landscape consists of a semi indoor/outdoor house created of clear weatherboards. the world is meant for the wetsuit to be abandoned into the hid laundry and for racking the surfboards. the bottom level includes a quite straightforward open arrange and opened to a courtyard and a pool. Upstairs consists of straightforward bedroom and toilet facilities that interact with the bottom level and entry via a series of voids and openings. Overall this house evokes openness and an off-the-cuff sensation that typifies what a beach house ought to be.
